Types of transfer

Private transfer

In a private transfer, you and your group will travel in a vehicle (car) which will be for your exclusive use only. The service operates similar to that of a private taxi. Your pick up at the hotel, airport or other address will be at times to suit your needs. If you are being met at an airport, the driver will wait for you in the Arrivals Hall with a board showing your name. (At certain airports, e.g. London Heathrow, an extra fee has to be paid for this service). Private transfers give a door to door service. There is no restirction on the amount of luggage that can be carried subject to available luggage space. An english speaking driver will be provided. In the event of a delay in your flight arrival time, no additional fees will be charged. The type of vehicle (car) we use will be selected to meet the needs of your group and the number of passengers.

Transfers by Limousine

The rules covering private transfers are also appliciable to transfers by Limousine. We only use luxury cars for these types of transfer. The price all includes free alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Group transfers

If your transfer is for a group of 8 or more persons, you will be entitled to a group price transfer fee. We can offer different size (and types) of buses, depending on the number of passengers that will travel in the group. If you do not see your required destination on our website, please e-mail with the details. We can normally find a solution to any travel destination.

Shared transfers

In a shared transfer, you travel with other passengers who are going to the same destination or in the same direction. You may encounter some waiting time as the driver will have to wait for other passengers who are arriving at the airport at different flight times. The driver can only depart after all the transfer passengers have arrived. A shared transfer service, however, still provides a door to door service. Other passengers may be collected or dropped off either before or after your expected pickup or drop off time. We normally use minibuses for this type of transfer.
